Position Summary:  Conduct daily operations of the verifications department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assembles highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Verify E-Verify (I9 Validations) status
  • Verify Education requests
  • Verify Employment requests
  • Verify DOT & FMCSA Safety Performance History
  • Verify DOT History
  • Verify Personal References
  • Verify Professional Licenses
  • Verify TWIC Card
  • Verify VISA status
  • Verify E-Verify (I9 Validations) status
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent of two years’ experience in client service or call center environment.
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to provide administrative tasks including typing and filing
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Current PI License or ability to obtain PI License
  • Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal, phone and communication skills
