Position Summary: Provides direction for the occupational medical teams in the region, identifying process improvement opportunities and new occupational medical products and services, and ensures alignment between leaders and employees of all Health and Safety Centers.



  • Assists with automation and integration of key functions of occupational medical products within the DISAWorks system

  • Creates and implements projects to increase occupational medical product services ordered by existing clients

  • Assists in building revenue and customer base of DISA Health and Safety Centers nationwide

  • Creates packages based on client specifications to allow ease and conformity in ordering services

  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to educate clients on the importance, legalities, and essential information required for occupational medical products

  • Continuously implements process improvement initiatives

  • Demonstrates an extensive understanding of industry best practices

  • Ensures continuity and alignment between all occupational medical service centers

  • Works in tandem with remote location leaders to create an ideal client experience

  • Identifies areas for increased growth and profitability and acts on opportunities to build strong, effective office

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and experience managing remote offices, occupational medical industry preferred

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office

  • Dedication to customer service

  • Experience in market expansion

  • Required travel up to 25%

  • DISAWorks experience
